In February 2009, Corenso North America was chosen by the Heart of Wisconsin Business and Economic Alliance to receive the Business of the Year Award.

The statements of the achievement are:

• The involvement as a company in community initiatives such as “buy local” (when possible we do business with local companies)
• The involvement in recycling initiatives taking place in the community
